Letter sorting

Here we are working hard on identifying our letters! This is one of our literacy centers. We use the puzzles to help us match the beginning sounds of pictures to their letters.

Second Week, starting strong...

Well, we started our first full week! Only two students out who were sick. I think that we are starting to finally get into the flow of things. Today the students were able to use the SMART Board. They are very excited and are showing lots of enthusiasm and respect towards the equipment. Tomorrow -- we start with working on mini laptops! I will be adding pictures of the first few weeks soon! I think that they will be navigating the blog very quickly!

Welcome back to the 2009-2010 school year! :) This will be the first year that Room E10 will try documenting our learning expeditions online! Join us as we learn how to read, write, count, and investigate!
